I LOVE days when I have nothing to do! Don't you agree? We have planes later but for the next 6 hours I have nothing on my to do's!
Jordan is on Drill this weekend and only Katie is here this weekend. So I am unusually left with nothing to do! And I just don't know what to do with myself!
I've completed my house work in record time- it IS quicker when you aren't picking up after as many little ones as I normally do! And now I'm left here sittin around twiddling my thumbs!
So I thought I'd blog.... Sorry these are going to be very random mumblings...
The girls are getting geared for school and Torrie and Taylor will start soccer in a few weeks.
Emilee will be in 5th grade! I can hardly believe she is getting so big! All of them are.
For instance Miss Katie! We babysat little Rylee last night (you know I never get tired of babies!) and she was such a big helper! She loved helping feed and make Rylee smile! She was so upset when she woke up this morning and the baby was gone! She said "I want her back!" She is too cute! I think she's going to be an awesome little momma one day-20 years from now!
On the subject of school I'm going back! I think I've finally figured out what I want to do! My passion has always been art and children- so why not teach art? Its a combination of two of the things I love most!
I've been getting all of my stuff together-like I don't already have a lot on my plate! But I am fortunate in that I come from a long line of student/mommies! My grandmother entered and completed college while raising 5 small children to earn a teaching degree as did my Aunt Gina with her 4 children (she was pregnant and then taking care of a newborn)! Then there is my Aunt Cindy, mother of 5, whose youngest is 10, and she's a grandmother of 4, who just completed Law school!!! My Aunt Cathy went back to school and graduated while her children were in high school with a degree in business!
So you see a have many awe inspiring mothers around me who I know will support me and sympathize with me at the same time!
And I'm sure I will need a LOT of both!!! HA!
I'm excited! :)
